Booking policy Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. You can use this deposit to reschedule with a 48 hour notice, one time. The next time will require a new deposit. Cancellations Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must give me 48 hour notice. You may reschedule once with a 48hr using the same deposit, the next reschedule will require a new deposit. Late/missed appointments Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Please contact me if you are going to be late. After 20 minutes your appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited and/or a no show fee will be charged.
